I am interested in registering for your program. What is the process?

Call us! We would love to learn more about your child and see if our program is the right fit.

What if I am unable to meet the program requirement of two sessions per week?

In order to develop and build a strong rapport between the child and coach, as well as maintain the momentum of the child’s progress and success, we require at least two sessions per week.

However, we do understand that, on occasion, scheduling conflicts may arise and exceptions can be made.

What if I want my child to have a longer session?

Each session runs for one hour. Children lose focus and attention after one hour, leading to diminishing progress and results. Accordingly, sessions cannot be scheduled back-to-back.

Can I meet the Coach before the first session?

Parents will receive a phone call from the Coach prior to the first scheduled session. We allot an extra fifteen minutes during the first scheduled session so the child and parent can become acquainted with the Coach. Parents will be asked to leave the room after the initial meeting so the session can begin.

Do I need to be present during the sessions?

An adult must be in the home at all times during the session. If the adult leaves during the session, the session will end. This is for the safety of both the child and the Coach. We, however, strongly discourage parents from being present in the room. Children perform their best and are most comfortable trying new things when a parent is not present.

What type of space do I need to provide?

We recommend the largest space you have available in your home that is conducive to physical activity and light ball throwing. Session can also take place in a local park, recreation area, or your building’s playroom.

Elite Method and its staff are not liable for any damage caused during Program activities.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

Elite Method will provide all necessary equipment. Our coaches come prepared with everything needed for the day’s lessons.

Will I receive communications from Elite Method about my child’s progress?

After each session, our coaches will complete an internal evaluation form to track progress, behavior, and overall growth. Every six sessions, the Elite Method corporate staff, coaches, and therapists will analyze the data from the previous six evaluation forms and create a Progress Report to be sent to parents via email. You will then receive a phone call from your child’s coach to discuss the results of the report.

Can my child contact his/her Coach directly?

We do not permit direct communication between coaches and children outside of the session by phone, email, or text. All communication should be conducted through the parents.

How much involvement do you require of parents?

It is imperative that parents work in conjunction with our staff to ensure consistency and success of the program. We ask that you actively participate in the process by encouraging your child before and after each session.

What is the payment and refund policy?

A non-refundable deposit is due before the start of the program. The deposit covers the first four sessions. If you do not wish to move forward after the fourth session the program contract is void and you will not be responsible for the remaining balance.

What is your session cancellation policy?

Any sessions cancelled within four hours of the session start time will be counted as a completed session.

Will my child or I ever meet the assigned Clinical Therapist?

Parents and children will not meet the therapist in person. However, during the program, parents will have two scheduled phone conversations with their child’s assigned therapist. Children will have no knowledge of the therapist’s involvement in the program. The therapist’s role in the Child Development Team is to support and partner with the coach throughout the entire program. They will collaborate on the individual program design and goals, as well as track progress and give clinical insight into each child’s unique experience in the program. The combination of input and guidance from both the Coaches and Therapists perspectives is essential to the success of the program and growth of each child.
